Special Orders:

If a motorcycle part or accessory is not normally stocked, Extrememoto.com Inc. will order that part on a special order basis for our customers. We ask that you be sure that the item is what you want before ordering.

 

Clearance Items :

All items we sell are brand new including clearance items. Clearance items are overstocked items and priced low to reduce inventory. These items come with the same warranty from manufacturer. No returns on the clearance items.

 

Order Processing:

Your credit card will not be charged until the item(s) has been shipped.
Orders with matching shipping and billing address will be processed within few hours.
Orders with different shipping and billing addresses may take a bit longer due to security reasons. Once the order is processed, item(s) will be shipped out.

 

Declined Transaction:

Declined transaction can happen due to various reasons. Most common case is due to AVS verification failure. This means part of your address (billing) does not match the information that is stored at your credit card issuer. It is also possible that your credit card issuer does not support AVS verification. Please verify billing information or use a different credit card.

All prices on our website and on line catalog are subject to change without notice. Supplier price changes are posted as soon as possible. We attempt to honor all prices posted. HOWEVER if it is not possible we will notify you and offer alternative pricing if desired. We will not charge a different price than posted without permission. If you notice a different price or pricing is not as expected, please, notify us.

 

Warranties:

All manufacturers and vendors warranties are applied as dictated by the manufacturer or supplier. Where allowed, Extrememoto.com Inc. does NOT directly warrant any motorcycle part, accessory or product sold. We accept no responsibility for manufacturer defects or deficiencies.

 

Shipping: 

The majority of orders are shipped via UPS. To ensure quickest delivery, items are shipped from warehouse nearest you. 98% of our deliveries arrive within 2 days. If an item is out of stock or on backorder; we will notify you soon after order placement.

 

Refuse package / Return to Sender:

DO NOT refuse package or return to sender unless instructed to do so. Refusing package will cause the package to be bounced back to one of our several distribution centers, often time package(s) gets lost. There is a specific return address; you MUST request a RMA on all exchanges and returns. Exchanges and Returns without a RMA are not acceptable.

 

Damaged Packages:  

We insure all orders with our shipping agents.  If your order is received damaged, please call 800-463-3339 [UPS] and tell them you received a damaged shipment. They will arrange to pick up the package from you and start the claim process/paperwork.

 

International Orders:

It is common for the transaction to be declined due to address verification issue. Many non U.S. credit card provider do not have this support; Please contact us at support@extrememoto.com if you have run into any question.
You are responsible for any customs duty if applies.

 

Returns / Exchanges:

All our shipments are guaranteed to be accurate and carefully packaged, if wrong or damaged item(s) are received, we will replace it free of charge and hassles. Return or Exchange request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns MUST have a Returned Merchandise Authorization. To obtain an RMA, please email returns@extrememoto.com (please include order number). The RMA email must be inside of the returned package. Any item received without an RMA will be considered lost! (Return address: Extrememoto, 12864 Biscayne Blvd. # 257, North Miami, FL 33181). New and unused items must be returned in their original packaging and must be inside an outer box. Items not packed in original material are not returnable. Distributors will not accept a return on a serviceable product unless in it's original packaging. “Test fitting" or mounting a product such as a motorcycle exhaust system or a set of handlebars constitutes use, the product then becomes used and not returnable unless defective. Warranty returns must include all original hardware, instructions and packaging. $18.95 restocking fee per item will be applied on exchanges and 15% for returns(no less than $18.95 and no more than $30). Shipping fees will not be part of the refund. Products that are warranted by the manufacturer must be processed through the manufacturer directly. We will provide contact information and all assistance possible.
Orders that are canceled before processing are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Once the order is processed, then it falls under returns.

* Please understand that the restocking fee is not meant for us to gain profit. We are forced to implement a restocking fee to help cover fees that are assessed to us on exchanges/returns. In all cases, restocking fee does not fully cover our disbursement.
Here is a short list of reasons to help you understand why there is a restocking fee.

  1. Our payment processor/Amazon.com charges us a fee whenever there is a refund.
  2. The suppliers charge an average of $10 service fee on every single orders, this means on the exchange item, we’ll have to absorb the second service fee which is non refundable.
  3. Shipping fee to send item(s) back to suppliers (we do not resale returned items).

 

Tight fit :

It is very common when first trying on a brand new helmet or leather apparel to have the tight fit feeling. It takes a couple of weeks for the padding in the helmet to settle and the leather to stretch adjusting to your specific physique. Although exchange is always an option, we ask you to consider this factor before making your decision for an exchange.

Extrememoto.com Inc. does not distribute, sell or rent any personal information collected via its website. The transmission of data entered via the site’s registration and checkout forms is protected by security features.
